1. Your Right to Deletion
At Venoy, we believe in data minimization. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information and any user-generated content hosted on our servers.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted?
You may request the deletion of:
- Contact Information: Emails, consultation forms, or support requests submitted through our contact channels.
- Account & Inquiries Data: Project scope inquiries and communications with the Venoy engineering team.
Note on Local Data: Many of our tools (PDF Toolkit, Image Toolkit, SEO Checklists, Resume Builder, Invoice Generator) process data entirely within your browser or save drafts to your device's localStorage. We cannot delete this data because it never reaches our servers. You can delete this data at any time by clearing your browser's cache and local storage.
3. How to Request Deletion
Currently, data deletion requests are processed manually by our privacy team. To initiate a request:
- Send an email to officialvenoy@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, clearly specify what information you would like removed.
- Please email us from the address associated with that information so we can verify your identity.
4. Processing Timeframe
We aim to process all verified data deletion requests within 14 days of receipt. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
5. Automated Retention Policies
Please note that we employ automated data retention policies to keep our systems clean. Client-side tools operate with zero server persistence. System backups are routinely overwritten every 30 days encrypted backup cycles..
